This is a foundation for men or women who lose a spouse tragicallly or unexpectedly, that has a child/children under the age of 18 years. This foundation will help with the immediate financial burden that families will face. Whether monetarily or just simply volunteering to help people deal with any paper work that arises in such a time of sadness and trauma. After such a tragic loss the simple act of writing out a bill becomes an overwhelming burden.
This foundation's main goal is to alleviate any unnecessary pain or worries dealing with money issues in which a grieving individual endures in the first months following a tragedy and will allow them to address more important issues. No one should have to face the fact of losing a spouse, as well as, the fear of having their children lose their home, school or friends, as well.

-All donations are fully tax deductible.
-A tax exempt organization
-Made up of non-paid, dedicated volunteers
-100% of all contributions are given to qualified recipients

In October 2003 we had our first applicant receive a grant. Unfortunately, in just two short years we have helped over 25 widow/ors financially awarding grants totaling over $200,000.
